Item functioned properly as it should before being removed from vehicle.
NOTE: Tire is from 2003. Has some life left on it but do not recommend 20 year old rubber for usage unless dire circumstances or for show/display purposes. Nice kit. Spare tire cover in great shape. Jack is complete w/ mounting screw & plate. Lug wrench included.
